Often, unconsciously, without thinking, we take photos and forget about them. Time goes by, we find them in archives and start to think: Why, when or where they were taken? How did I feel at that moment? What was I thinking about? These photos are united by the emotions that you experience when looking at them, the associations that appear and the frames, people and events that you remember. As if you want to jump, dive into the ocean and plunge into the pleasant calm and melancholy they give. Enjoy drifting in the archives of the memory.
Isolation. Quarantine. Virus. Pandemic. Those are the only words we seem to hear these days.
Staying isolated, all of us, we try to stay sane and keep busy. As a photographer, I am an observer in any situation. Being at home 24 hours a day, seven days a week allowed me to witness all the daily habits I usually miss: what we eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner; how addicted we are to our gadgets.
